Senior operating help, without the full-time hire.

I work with founders of growing businesses who have become the bottleneck — putting in the operating rhythm, systems and AI workflows that let the company run without them in every decision.

Sound familiar?

The signs it’s time for operating help.

01

Every decision still routes through you.

02

The team is busy, but nobody can say what actually moved this week.

03

AI is on the agenda, but it’s a few personal ChatGPT accounts and a stalled pilot.

04

Reporting means someone rebuilding the same spreadsheet every month.

05

Priorities change faster than the team can finish anything.

06

There’s no one between leadership and execution owning the follow-through.

Offers

Three ways I can help, or something built around you.

Ongoing

Fractional Chief of Staff

A senior operator in your leadership team for part of the week, owning the work that falls between functions.

  • Weekly operating rhythm and leadership meeting cadence
  • Priorities and follow-through across teams
  • Board, investor and internal reporting
  • Special projects — pricing, planning, process

Typically 1–2 days a week · monthly retainer

Fixed scope

AI Adoption Sprint

A practical plan for where AI actually pays off in your business — and the first workflows live, not just on a slide.

  • Readiness assessment across people, data, tools and process
  • Use cases ranked by value and effort
  • One or two workflows built and in daily use
  • A 30/60/90-day rollout plan

3–4 weeks

Fixed scope

Operations Reset

For teams that have outgrown how they run. I put in the rhythm and visibility, then hand it over.

  • Audit of how decisions, meetings and reporting work today
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence
  • A core KPI dashboard the team actually uses
  • Documented processes your team owns after I leave

4–6 weeks

Something else

Have something different in mind?

Not every problem fits a package. If you need an experienced operator for something specific, I’m happy to hear what you had in mind and shape the work around it.

Project or ongoing · scoped around what you need

How it works

Clear scope, visible progress, a clean handover.

01

Intro call

Thirty minutes to talk through what’s going on and whether I’m the right fit.

02

Scoped proposal

Within a few days: the outcomes, timeline and how we’ll work together.

03

The work

Weekly check-ins so you see progress, not just activity.

04

Handover

Systems documented and owned by your team — so nothing depends on me.

FAQ

Good questions to ask first.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Mostly founder-led businesses that have found traction and are starting to feel the strain of growth — typically somewhere between 10 and 150 people, often B2B software.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I’m based in Galway and work with teams across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US. On-site days are easy to arrange when they help.

Can a fixed-scope project become ongoing support?

Often it does. A sprint or reset is a good way to see how we work together before committing to a retainer.

How many clients do you take on?

A small number at a time, so each one gets real attention rather than a few hours squeezed into the week.
