I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping businesses solve problems and grow, from large enterprises like eBay to ambitious startups like MagicBell (YC W21).

I naturally gravitate towards the messy problems that do not fit neatly into one department. One week that might be pricing, the next it could be product, engineering, operations or reporting. Whatever the challenge, I enjoy bringing structure, creating clarity and helping teams move faster.

I like working with ambitious founders where there is plenty to build, no shortage of interesting problems to solve and a real opportunity to reduce day-to-day firefighting.

  • Worked alongside the CEO to help scale a YC-backed B2B SaaS business across revenue, product, finance and operations.
  • Built the operating rhythm, dashboards and reporting that improved visibility and accountability.
  • Owned P&L, pricing, commercial initiatives, product priorities and cross-functional execution.
  • Used AI tools to support product, website and documentation improvements.
2018 — 2021

Country Manager, Germany / Head of Operations Strategy

  • Led market performance, strategy and P&L for Germany while supporting international planning and execution.
  • Built and led teams, managed annual planning and created performance visibility across multiple markets.
  • Partnered with senior leadership to surface risks, opportunities and dependencies.
