I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping businesses solve problems and grow, from large enterprises like eBay to ambitious startups like MagicBell (YC W21).

I naturally gravitate towards the messy problems that do not fit neatly into one department. One week that might be pricing, the next it could be product, engineering, operations or reporting. Whatever the challenge, I enjoy bringing structure, creating clarity and helping teams move faster.

Today I do that as an independent consultant, working with a small number of founders at a time. I’m also open to the right full-time role — with an ambitious team where there is plenty to build and a real opportunity to reduce day-to-day firefighting.

  • Built a generative engine optimisation (GEO) strategy to grow the product’s visibility in AI search.
  • Specced and shipped internal tools for social content production and billing.

  • Worked alongside the CEO to help scale a YC-backed B2B SaaS business across revenue, product, finance and operations.
  • Built the operating rhythm, dashboards and reporting that improved visibility and accountability.
  • Owned P&L, pricing, commercial initiatives, product priorities and cross-functional execution.
  • Used AI tools to support product, website and documentation improvements.
